Book description
Arjun Bedi’s college dreams include an education, meeting new friends and hopefully launching a successful music career. With the notes in his soul, he feels the rhythm in his rhymes and the beat of the instruments even when he closes his eyes. When he meets Saatvika Lakhiani, her voice and her form inspire that music and shine through every interaction they have. There is something about her that pulls him and calls to him… an underlying feeling that maybe she is the one who will complete him and be the partner he need. However, sorority princess Abhilasha walks and talks as if Arjun is already hers, a fact that seems surer by the day. While Saatvika is not exactly looking for a relationship, there is something about Arjun that makes her catch her breath – and ensures that a confrontation with Abhilasha is inevitable.

🌟🌟🌟 stars

Have you watched Aashiqui movie? Then this book might be for you.

Arjun’ s world fall apart when he got a call stating his ex-wife Satvika is dead . He goes to see her last time but it seems that opportunity is also lost because she was cremated a long time before . Luckily he got hold of her diary and from that point his life started to go downhill. The sucess which he got only because Satvika helped her making his dream come true now it doesn’t have any value to him . Because she is dead.

Let me tell you why I picked this book because I loved it’s cover and title so much that I thought it must be happy romantic story which will leave me fuzzy and warm for a day .And cherry on top it’s by Indian writer , so I could get nostalgia when I read this book.

But sadly nothing happen. Because this book is totally not a happy romantic love story. It’s sad , sad and sad.

I wanted to love this book but I can’t there are soo many plot holes in this book . For example- she is blindfolded but she stated and I quote ” Arjun’s gaze slides through my radiant skin ”

Chapter heading is similar to poem heading and at some point it Don’t make sense.

Things like drinks are magically appearing in there hand because clearly author forget to talk about that and I seriously checked that paragraph 2 time just to make myself sure I did not miss it somewhere.

Things are too obvious at some point .

I personally can’t seem to connect with any of character , at some point I feel like Satvika is sensible girl but she is not. That girl is just love sick .

Coming to Abhilash our bitch-barbie girl who claims that Arjun is his property in beginning of story but in later part she became invisible there is no trace of her And suddenly she appeared as a superstar actress???? How This development happen ????

Arjun – this guy is not good for girl seriously his heart changes like people change clothes . At one pint he loves Satvika and in just some months he happen to fallen in love with Abhilasha. And still when Satvika died he felt like he love her more and she is his world.

On a serious note – stay away from these type of guyz.

Other side character like Charles , Kate and Tia , these guyz side story is also nice but it felt overwhelming.

I am not happy after reading this book. I feel like this story could have been better . When I started reading this book Its feel like I am reading script. There is lack of emotion and it could have been better if there was not soo many plot holes. Only starting part is good.

One emotion – why I read this book?
